The GoPro Hero 11 Black leaks with the same design as that of the Hero 10 Black.

The GoPro Hero 11 Black, the company’s newest action camera, is ready for release. With the big releases of the Hero 9 Black and Hero 10 Black, the Hero 11 Black is anticipated to debut in September, despite having a largely unchanged design from its predecessor.

GoPro debuted the Hero 10 Black in September of last year and now seems to be planning to launch a direct successor, the Hero 11 Black. Images of the upcoming camera system have leaked, but those expecting dramatic design changes may be disappointed.

As per Roland Quandt, the GoPro Hero 11 Black has the same design as its successor, the Hero 10 Black. The display sizes appear to be identical as well as the buttons, with the only difference on the camera’s exterior being the new “11 Black” branding. Potential owners will be hoping to expect accessory support since it would be great if the Hero 11 Black had backward accessory compatibility with the Hero 9 Black and Hero 10 Black.

While the design of the Hero 11 Black remains unchanged from the predecessor, the underlying hardware is expected to undergo great progress.

The full suite of potential HDR enhancements, a new sensor, and possibly a leap to 6K video recording from the Hero 10 Black’s 5.3K recording. The Hero 11 Black may include the new HyperSmooth 5.0 technology, whereas it is likely to keep the GP2 chip that debuted in the Hero 10 Black last year.
